Puzzles
This weekend we had family in town and spent most of the time at my Dad’s house hanging out. We usually sit around eating, talking, joking, eating, playing games, wrestling, and eating some more. Occasionally we will also do some jigsaw puzzles in the midst of the craziness.
That was the case this weekend. My brother and I crunched through three puzzles in 2 days. Puzzles are an interesting phenomenon. You take all these jumbled, broken, and messed up pieces and try to assemble them in a meaningful way. Making something beautiful out of brokenness.
God is the ultimate puzzle master. Not only does he make something beautiful and meaningful out of our broken lives, but he then weaves all of our newly formed lives together to write the ultimate story of love. Praise to God, the ultimate artist.
